This guided walk will take you in the footsteps of Ella Pontefract and Marie Hartley with extracts from their book Swaledale.  Sites to be visited include Crackpot Hall, Swinnergill and Hartlakes.  Weather permitting there will be the option to visit Swinnergill Kirk cave, waterfall and site of nonconformist worship.  Led by experienced volunteer David Pemberton.  

Please bring a packed lunch. Dogs welcome but should be kept on a lead.
