An opportunity to create a truly unique item, under the expert guidance of Louise Curnin. You will spend the morning learning how to coax sheep’s wool and other exotic fibers into fabric, inspired by the beautiful landscape of Upper Swaledale. After lunch, you will then turn your handmade wool fabric into a plant pot cover which can be made to hang up outside or used inside. All materials, including a plant pot, will be provided and are included in the workshop price. You do not need any previous experience.
Please bring packed lunch or sandwiches/salads from Keld Green Café will be available to order and pay on the day. Refreshments and cakes available throughout the day
